It Looks Like It Will Be at Work

Unfortunately, I was right again. I haven’t been able to do any writing today on either one of my short stories that I’m writing for this month. That’s because I have been busy all day today. My brother and I had a whole lot that needed to be done today. And it has taken us almost the whole day today to do it. That’s how busy it has been today for us.

This is the first chance that I have gotten to even get on my laptop. The only reason why I’m doing it right now is that I don’t want to miss another blogging day. It all started extremely early this morning at about nine AM WDC time. And we only got back about two hours ago. Unfortunately, we are both very tired from it. I don’t think I could have done any writing on either of these short stories even if I wanted to do it.

What does this all mean for the two short stories that I’m working on for this month? it means that I am going to need to work on them at work. I don’t really want to do that. But I have no choice but to do it. After all, I only have a little over two weeks left in this month to finish them. If I don’t do them at work, there is a very good chance I won’t get them both finished by the end of this month.

The second one isn’t as needed as the first one. After all, the first one is my WDC Short Story for this month. and it needs to be written most of all. If I don’t get the second one finished, it’s a disaster. But it’s not a catastrophe like it will be if I don’t get the first one written. I want to get both of them written. And I do plan on finishing them both. But the first one is my priority.

It's not going to be easy to get them both finished. It can be done, though. But in order to get them done, I will need to work on them at work. I’m not sure how long it will take me to finish them. But I’m hoping it won’t be more than about a week to do each one of them. This isn’t the first time I have had to do this. And it probably won’t be the last one either.

If I remember correctly, I finished each one in about a week the last time this happened that was a couple of months ago. And if I can do it then, then I can do it again this month. I hope that it doesn’t take me that long to get them both written. But it probably will. If not a little bit longer than that. As long as it’s by the end of this month, I will be happy. But I will be happier if it was about a week for each one, or a little under for each one.
