Birthday, Memories
Prompt: "Every Birthday, every celebration ends with something sweet, a cake and people remember it's about the memories." Write about this in your Blog entry today.

My Birthday is December 21, 4 days before Christmas. I get double gifts. I enjoy having my family over as we celebrate Christmas and my Birthday. One year, 5 years ago, I got an Elsa cake. I am a big fan of Frozen. I love Elsa and the movies. Birthdays. Christmas. I missed that last year. The virus. We didn't have Christmas with family. This year, my friend is going to have Christmas with me and my parents and husband. My mother and I had Christmas with my cousin last week. We had pizza and brownies. It sure was nice. Admiring the tree. Talking, watching soaps and opening gifts. I got a nice snow leopard necklace that I love and Kate Spade cosmetics bag. My husband bought me a small, diamond necklace and pearl and small diamond ring, a blue Kate Spade purse and pink stocking hat Memories of being with family. My son is in Oregon. We text. I miss him and hi wife being here. My husband's parents died. The family Christmas is sparse. We have the memories. Dairy Queen Cake, Chocolate Cake and everyone is with us in spirit at Christmas. I pray everyone has a good Christmas. Cherish the memories. That's all we can do.
