All Embracing Love:
To 'Abdu'l-Baha

He looked below the surface
to the soul of each individual
where all divine virtues
can be found.

He saw
the dusty mirror
of people's spiritual reality,
where true strength rests.

He did saw the weaknesses
that are part
of someone's material reality,
but did not focus on them.

He encouraged each individual
to turn to Baha'u'llah
for assistance,
and to focus on
service to humanity
rather than their own
insistent selves;
their own material weaknesses.

He demonstrated
all embracing love
to everyone he encountered,
because he knew
their spiritual strength
could overcome
any material weakness.
