Let go of everything!
Including your worries about
what other people think of you.

Concentrated Attention

Breathe deeply!
         Inhale.
         Exhale.

Intone God's Most Great Name
either verbally
or mentally.

Unconditional Surrender to the Will of God

Radiant acquiescence!
Accept your present situation
as part of the Creator's plan
for your life.

Spiritual Passion

Love,
enthusiasm,
and igniting
the fire of faith.
