For my blog "Prompt: Does Bible reading help in living? How?
And Is prayer a meaningful part of your devotional life?
Why or why not?"

Bible reading and prayer are extremely important to daily living. In fact, they are so important that Regent University makes doing so a part of the daily curriculum for their spiritual formation classes. Bible reading and prayer keep us in tune with God's will.

For my blog Prompt: "I got home at 9:30PM last night after being in church all day so the prompt is late. I am also taking a vacation from Friday through Sunday so if somebody could do the Monday prompt I would appreciate it.

The last time I uncorked a bottle, I drank 17 white Russians. On the way home, with my wife as a designated driver, we were pulled over for a taillight. The police officer was a lifelong friend so when he asked to breathalyze me without a promise that I would not be arrested, I let him do so. I blew a 0.459, which is almost fatal. He let me go due to his promise and our friendship, but told my wife to call him the moment I passed out. To spite him I drank coffee and ate to stay awake. It made me sick so...
