A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
One Better Than Wednesday Six instead of five doesn’t write like that’s very good when it comes to the second part of the movie for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. But considering it was done on a Thursday at work it is very good. At least I think that it is. Especially, since it was so busy at work yesterday. It was one of the busiest Thursdays that I have seen in a long time. If it’s not the busiest one since I have been working, there almost three years now. I don’t think that it has been the busiest one so far. But I wouldn’t be surprised if it was. That’s how busy it was yesterday at work. Unfortunately, how busy it was yesterday at work wasn’t the only thing that slowed me down with my writing. It may have been the main one. But it wasn’t the only reason, though. The construction going on at that post was also a big reason why I didn’t get more written on this project. When I first got to work it looked like construction may have been done for the day. Then about an hour and a half later they came back. And that’s when it really got hard for me at work. They had finished working on the side that we haven’t been using to start working on the other side. For the rest of my shift, I had to work on that side of my post. And that made it harder for me to do it. Especially, when I had to go out of my guard post during that time. It was twice as hard as it usually is. If it’s not three or four times as hard. That’s how hard it was. Of course, it was during my time in my shift that I had to go out of my guard post the most. True, I have a few that are regulars at that time. But there seemed to be a whole lot more than usual yesterday. Probably wasn’t that bad. It sure did feel that way to me, though. I hope today is a lot better than yesterday. Both with my writing and the construction. And with work too. It being a Friday, I may only get another five or six scenes written for this project. But I’m not going to count on anything until it does happen. If I can get six of them done today, that will end the second Act of this part. That means that this part will be half over. I really hope that I can get at least six scenes written today at work. But hoping and it actually happening are two very different things.
