The Latest Way to Get Rid of Me

It cost me big time. But I did get ten scenes written on the second part of the movie for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. What do I mean by the first sentence? It means that the only reason why I got so many scenes written for this project is that I didn’t have any television shows or movies to watch. Only this time it wasn’t because of me forgetting my cell phone. No, it was because of work.

I knew that work was going to try something this week to get rid of me. Just didn’t know what it was going to be. Now I know. They finally started construction on opening the other gate at my post. And I knew that the noise may interfere with my being able to hear my television shows and movies. But I didn’t get the chance to find out. Because I didn’t have any Internet Access through my cell phone thanks to them.

I’m not sure what I’m going to do. On one hand, I want to let them win and quit. But that could be a big problem in a couple of ways. One way is that they may claim not to have any more posts for me. And that’s a very good possibility. Whether it’s true or not. The other way is that I do get another post. But I can’t do any writing or watching television shows, or movies.

The other hand says that I should stay and fight them. That is what I’m probably going to do. At least for this week. After that, I will decide if I should risk quitting or make them pay for what they are doing to me now. I’m probably going to decide to stay. But that is still up in the air. It can go either way. I haven’t decided on anything yet.

There is one good thing about all of this. I did get a lot of writing done yesterday at work. of course, I may have gotten a little bit more done if not for work. after all, it was extremely busy yesterday. It was one of the busiest ones so far in a long time. If not the busiest. And there have been a lot of busy ones lately for a Wednesday.

Today I’m hoping to get ten to fifteen more scenes written for this project. And if it’s anything like yesterday, then there is a very good chance that it may happen. I may even get more than that done. After all, Thursdays aren’t usually very busy. They can be busy. And sometimes they can be very busy. But usually, they are that bad. If that is true, then I may get a lot of writing done thanks to me not being able to watch any television shows or movies.
