Classic Books
Prompt: A classic is a book that has never finished saying what it has to say.

Pride and Prejudice. Elizabeth and Darcy get married. What about Elizabeth's two other sisters? Did they ever get married? There are sequels about these stories and I have written some myself. What would have Jane written?

Gone With The Wind. Alexandra Ripley wrote a sequel. Would Margaret Mitchell have written it differently? The Wizard Of Oz. Twilight. There is more to say in these stories.

You read a book. The book is done but like our life, there is more to tell. A classic is a book that isn't finished until the characters are no longer alive. It is nice to draw our own conclusions.
