I waiting for Guy Fieri and his program at 7 PM. Have you watched this? He sends food to chefs at their homes and they have to play silly 'Guy's Grocery Games' in their own homes. This creative game came up last year with the whole virus scare and is really pretty fun.
Right now on HGTV they are airing it 'Live it or List it'. The two stars remodel a home and show a new home to the contestants. Then the people have to decide to stay in their original home or move to a brand new home. The trend I see is huge master suites, huge walk-in closets, huge spaces so no one ever has to see anyone in their family ever again.
My thoughts are always:
Who cleans all that?
If your home is cluttered now, and they always are, if you have more room won't you just clutter it up more?
Do you really need four bathrooms?
How much time do you really spend in your bedroom to have it take up an entire floor?
Since when do kids need a bonus room? What happened to family rooms?
Don't get me wrong, I wish I had a bigger house growing up. But 4,000 square feet on up? I can't fathom that.
