Write about a movie or television show you watched recently that blew you away. What lessons can you learn from the show and incorporate into your own writing?

I can’t honestly say that a television show could blow me away.🤔 I haven’t been to the movies for over a year so no help there either. My portfolio is full of such a wide range of stories and themes I do wonder where my inspiration comes from sometimes, but certainly not from television.
The last series I watched and enjoyed was Breaking Bad. There were some great characters in that certainly, but the subject material, drugs and murder aren’t something which inspires me.
I do love a well written police drama, not American though. Line of Duty is an amazingly well written series. The dialogue is so impressive. If I could learn to write scripts and dialogue like that, I’d die happy.🤣 I’ve a leaning toward British programmes.
