Barely Ten for a Very Good Reason

Unfortunately, I only got ten episodes paragraphs written for The Bible of the Water Wars scriptwriting project that I have been working on for centuries. Of course, that’s a slight exaggeration. But it sure does feel like I have been working on it that long.

Why did I barely get ten of these paragraphs written at work yesterday? What is the usual reason why I don’t get as much writing done as I should have? That’s right it’s work. And yesterday that is what the reason is. Not the work itself. But what happened there. After all, I had to write up another Incident Report.

Don’t get me wrong. Work was extremely busy yesterday. one of the busiest Thursdays that I have seen in a long time. If it wasn’t the busiest. That’s how busy it was yesterday. But how busy it was wasn’t the reason why I just got ten paragraphs written. It’s why I had to do my IR is the reason why. That’s why I blame work for me not getting more of my writing done.

Ten paragraphs during the weekday are very good. At least I think that it is. True, I wanted to write more of them. I always do. But ten is still very good. Especially, considering that the first five ended Season Two of this project and the first five of Season Three.

I just hope that I can get that many written today. If not a little bit more. Of course, I want to do about fifteen or more. But I may be lucky if I get ten of them written. A lot of how much I can get done today depends on work. If it’s anything like the last couple of days or the last few Fridays, I will be lucky if I get ten of them done.
