Fia and Reia slipped, cat-like into the Cheshire Cat's tea party. Taking cue from Reia, they sat and washed themselves so they could take in the scene.
The March Hare and the Dormouse were drinking tea and singing “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Bat.” The Mad Hatter rushed in so he could join the chorus. The White Rabbit consulted his pocket-watch as he nibbled on a carrot scone. The Cheshire Cat sipped from a saucer holding more milk than tea. The Butterfly fluttered above.
"The real question isn't why a raven is like a writing-desk," said the Cheshire Cat. "It's how comfortable the writing-desk is in the sun. Is it worth ending a nap to chase a raven."
Everyone nodded. That was a good point.
Reia spied plate of catnip and hurtled toward it with Fia close on her heels. But when Fia saw it, she thought the catnip smelled more like broccoli than anything good to eat, so she wished hard and suddenly, she was a little girl again. She toddled over to the table and climbed on a chair so she could reach the biscuits—chocolate. Her favorite.
