Christmas 2020

Christmas. This Christmas was lonely. My husband Ray and I didn't get to be with my parents. My parents practice social distancing and won't go anywhere. I wear my mask and just go a few places. I am afraid of this virus thing and hope to get a vaccine soon.

Ray and I had our turkey dinner. Our cat Bella got some turkey. She was happy. I watched Christmas comedy shows today.

Ray took me to Kate Spade and bought me 3 necklaces, 3 bracelets and 2 purses on 2 seperate trips. I bought a ceramic Snowman at the Kitchen Store. I bought Mom a Kate Spade necklace, dog throw and bluebird teapot. I left them on the steps by her house and she got me a purple flower necklace for Christmas. I have some presents to pick up tomorrow at her house. She will leave them on the step for me. Ray got a Lowes gift card and money. I got money for Christmas and a Kohls Gift card from my sister in Florida.
Not the best Christmas ever. No party. Just leaving and getting gifts off Mom's steps. I gave Mom and Dad money. Mom says when we go shopping again, she will buy me presents. I miss the family meal this year and New Years will be the same.

My Birthday is 4 days before Christmas. My husband got Bob Evans take out, bought me home a Dairy Queen Cake and a stuffed grey squirrel. My sister sent me a Birthday card and money. I am happy for what we could do. I pray we all get vaccines soon and we can have a normal spring and get back to our lives!!! I want to see family and friends again. Good Bye 2020! Leave already! I will be taking my life back.
