The elements of the Cherita are:
         1. a narrative, it should tell a story
         2. hexastich, a 6 line poem made up of 3 separate stanzas. A single line, a couplet and a tercet.
         3. syllabic without specific syllables per line.
         4. unrhymed.
         5. a poem that can be written by 1, 2 or 3 poets.
