A little of this and a little of that. Whatever (if anything) comes into my head.

First entry, complete with Dad jokes.
I've never blogged before so this is a new experience for me. I saw that "The Bards Hall" was having a blog contest for June ("The Bard's Hall ContestOpen in new Window.), so this is my first entry of at least 10 for that contest. If I like it, I may keep it up.

I'm always looking for something to learn, and today I learned that those little paper cups you get at fast food places for your ketchup or sauces are made to be expanded into a small plate and that the boxes that Chinese food comes in can also be pulled apart to make a plate. Who knew?!?

I always like being the guy with the answers, but yesterday, my grandson stumped me with this question: "If people can be allergic to dogs and cats, can dogs and cats be allergic to people?" I don't know, but not knowing something really gets my dander up!

The same grandson also hit me with a Dad joke: "A mushroom walks into a bar and orders a drink. The bartender says 'We don't serve mushrooms here.' the mushroom says 'Why not? I'm a fungi.'" I know, pretty bad, right?

So I hit him back with another: "A robot walks into a bar and orders a drink. The bartender says 'We don't serve robots.' The robot says "Ah, but someday you will.'" It took him a few seconds, but he got it.

Anyway, enough rambling for now.
