"August 1, 2108"      Prompt: "Hard to believe it's August already. Where has the time gone? Let's talk about your plans for the last month of Summer Peak Season. Trips, family outings, or whatever is happening in your life."I haven't really got anything planned for August any more than I did the rest of the year. I'll probably just stay inside and stay out of the heat. I do plan to go see my son this month but that is just a day trip. I have no special plans for a vacation this month. There is a possibility that I will go camping with my church but that is nothing definite yet. I'll know more as that gets closer. It will be Labor day weekend if I go. Write your thoughts about this."I don;t think my family is much of a masterpiece. We're lucky if we ever speak. I have some family I haven't spoken to in two or more years, and those in my immediate family. My real family is here at the veteran's home and my church. Just as Jesus had planned. He gave up His life that I might be made part of that family. They are a masterpiece.     |
