1 His Holiness Christ He is the word God imparted to Mary the manifestation of divine love. He is the voice of the spirit calling from behind the veil of flesh. He is the Son expressing the Father's will the reflection of divine attributes He is the vocal chords of matter intoning salvation's melody. 2 We Forgot We celebrate the bookends of His life (the manager and the cross), but we've forgotten the years between like water turned to wine consumed at a marriage feast. In a world transformed by His blood Roman areans crumbed into dust, and souls reborn created art for Him; but we forgot to watch for His return. 3 The Reveler Mirror of divine attributes Manifestation of the All-Merciful. 4 The Miracle of Easter It was not the resurrection, but the blood Christ shed upon the cross that caused faith's germination. 5 Easter Egg The cross was not the end! Downsideup, this sweet symbol of salvation is the initial of Jesus-- God's Manifestation. Upside down, this rock hard symbol of God's covenant is the staff of the Good Shepherd extended to retrieve straying sheep. 9 He Walked He walked among us, a man among men, not as an incarnation, but as God's Manifestation. 10 Christmas Christmas comes but once a year, We commemorate Christ's birth, At the coldest time of year, Winter's religious rebirth. We celebrate each Christmas, With close friends and family, We give nice gifts at Christmas, And send cards to be friendly.
