When Ghostbusters II came out Parker was quoted in comments about the new movie. Although he did not dislike the situation he wished he had been consulted about the way the music was produced and presented. There are a lot of quotes on Twitter by musicians comparing real performance enhanced by communication with real performers versus computer generated music. It, can be the development of talent that comes with playing instruments and interacting with other talented musicians in real time. That wonderful interaction between talented people can never be replaced no matter how strong the use of computer generated sounds become.
