Then, what do you think of those who gaslight? Are they aware of their own actions? " First of all I've had personal experience with gas lighting. I won't say who it was but I was around a very manipulative person for months who could convince you that the things you say and heard absolutely were not real.Fortunately I lived a lifestyle that demanded rigorous honesty and ultimately overcame the gas lighting.
