The Blogging Circle Of Friends prompt for 1-12-17 is " Do you consider your coworkers akin to close friends or family, or is your relationship more of a casual acquaintanceship? Has this changed over the years due to an experience or circumstance? If you aren't in the work environment anymore pick a friend or family members mind to find out their feelings."

I haven't worked in a very long time due to my disability. However I consider WDC my workplace because I love to write and create. Also any awards I win on here can be used as a part of a resume if I submit a query letter to an editor, publisher, or agent. Furthermore writing on here helps me sharpen and refine my skills. It also provides me with a way to network and meet a variety of people. All in all, I consider everybody on WDC to be family. There are many right now who would like to skin their brother due to a recent post, but I felt compelled to do so since I am a Christian and a minister. I'd much rather face their wrath than God's wrath! At the very worst all they can do is get angry. God can condemn.

WDC is also like a work place to me because I do enough reviews to earn my premium membership. Right now it is extended six months out. Soon I hope to have it paid a year in advance or even more. Maybe I'll even bump it up to premium plus. So yes, WDC is my work place and the co-workers are like family.
