30 Day Blogging Challenge Prompt for June 15th It's THE SUNDAY REVIEW!! Tell us about your favorite blog entry of the week three favorite breakfast cereals, and most importantly, why. My favourite is Multigrain Cheerios because they are lower in fat and they are not as sweet as the Honey Nut Cheerios I used to eat. I feel I am behaving if I eat them. My new favourite cereal is Mini Wheats - either the original or the brown sugar. I have tried a few of the other flavours but they are too artificial for me. My third favourite cereal is more sugary and is eaten as a 'dessert' without milk (most of the time). This cereal can change. I enjoy cinnamon Toast Crunch... but I have also had Alphabits (which are just fun to eat), Honeycomb and even Coco Puffs (where the milk turns chocolately and the 'marshmellows gum up your teeth) I actually like cereal. It is often a go to whenever I am feeling a little hungry but don't know exactly what I want. Lately I have been have rye toast with almond butter to start my day. It is supposed to fill you up and help you eat less overall calories over the course of your day. My husband thinks I am crazy but the taste has grown on me. Is it helping? I am still in the 'testing' stages, though I think I am going to add yoga back into my routine to help me lose some stubborn weight. |
