The September 15, 2013 prompt for "30-Day Blogging Challenge ON HIATUS" is Blog. Tell us about your week. Include your favorite blog entry from your fellow challengers from the preceding week and, most importantly, why. All though sometimes my weeks get a bit nutty, most of them wouldn't fit in nutshell. This week especially, I don't like to complain, but their isn't enough days in my week to accomplish everything I need to accomplish. Then there is the problems of waiting in line, especially when I have to get in line two hours ahead of time to be one of the first 40 people in line; all though, I think 20 lbs. of free food is probably worth it. I will not have to worry about food and opening cans for a while. This month the two hour wait was worth it because when I went to pick up the food one of the employees did a cooking demonstration and those attending got a small bowl of cabbage soup. In addition, since I was one of the first nine people in line and I had a car, I was able to get a 36-pack of 12 oz soda free. It was diet soda, which I normally do not purchase, but it was free and I didn't think I was going to be able to purchase any soda this month (even with the coupons). God is generous and life is good! Blogs entries I like and why Shaye "Invalid Entry" Brother Nature "Invalid Entry" ANN Counselor, Lesbian & Happy "Invalid Entry" abcoachnz-Sometimes around "Freedom Day" Alexi "Connie was Late for Choir Practice that Night S 14" Fivesixer "This one's about overeverything." This Week I am going to attempt to work with a "To Do List" this week. I accomplished some thing last week, but I could have done better. This week I am printing off my "To Do List" and placing it on the refrigerator. That way whenever I walk past I can check it. I do not know if it will do any good or if it well help me catch up, but I am going to try it anyway. I am also going to attempt to review my goals, in this case my "To Do List" twice a day. Thought of the Day: "Review your goals twice every day in order to be focused on achieving them." - Les Brown |
