Remembering Disneyland
Another beautiful day in the High Desert, our temp reached 89° and in the evening we had a light breeze that helped cool it down a little.

The other day I read and reviewed a Story about Disneyland, and the story was a good one. I thought I had read it before, and I'm now sure I had.

This story brought back many memories of times at Disneyland. Since I'm a Native Son of The Golden West, I was born in San Bernardino and Disneyland is only 60 miles away. My parents took my brother and I there in within a few months of its opening in 1955. I would have been 8 years old. I don't think there were that many rides at the time and the Matterhorn was still under construction. I don't believe I could tell you the number of times I've been there mainly because it's been so many. I've watched it change over the years and it's become more exciting.

Being in California we went to Disneyland for Graduation from High School and that was a blast. Every time I've gone has been great! There are a lot of memories there.

I had one special occasion, I had taken my girlfriend there in 1971 and while we were on the Haunted House Ride I ask her to Marry Me, weird and different certainly wasn't normal. She said yes and we had a wonderful time.

Disneyland will always have a special place in my heart because of all my experiences! It's a great place for the family.

I think that enough

Life is Good and God is Great
