Just things that I think about now and then.

My 1 and 1/2 cents...
It's over and done with (for now). I am a little surprised at the results, but not terribly so. First of all, VP Harris only had 107-ish days to let people know who she was as her own person. She was stuck between a rock and a hard place, still having Pres. Biden as her boss, and trying to distance herself from him. In a hard economy, incumbents have a hard time anyway.

People voted, there wasn't any shenanigans in the voting, outside of a few isolated incidents. In my opinion, it's over and life goes on.

This would be a good time for Democrats/Republicans/Independents to focus on what the American people want. A stable economy seems to be one of the priorities.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a huge fan of Pres.-Elect Trump. He is a megalomaniac, and I don't know that he is for anyone outside of himself. This is why it is important for tomorrow's leaders to quit focusing on the "status quo" and start listening to the people. All people.

I'm done now. There will be a lot of blame and finger-pointing. I think it is time to quit blaming everyone else, and to start accepting accountability. And to those who did not vote, I still believe you don't get to be mad at any outcomes.

Ok, now I am really done.
