As the day unfolds,
What will I find to do?
Will I wake up with joy,
Or with a grumpy attitude?

It's really up to me to decide;
It's my choice to make.
How much noise will I hear,
How much distraction to take.

Morning is calling to me,
With it, the joy I'll hold.
I'll find the peace of it
As the day unfolds.
