I really don't have any other experience with this band. Judaist Priest sang the first song in this studio album and it sold over a million copies. Powerful song, and I like the reference of God being female and Devil being male. It has wonderful lyrics. You feel this song, it like a poem put to music. The reference of songs like this are really needed today, and I feel we are so close to another world war, and it won't be like the last two. We forget and make the same mistakes over and over. Blame each other, take no responsivity for our own decisions. I'll admit it takes some repeat listening to get used to lead vocals, I mean he is good but sounds like he struggles a little, and it could be he doesn't have the range I enjoy with other bands. This is a hard month, but enjoyable as I said before I have not thought this much about what I listen to. It's great self reflection as music can be so much to each different person. |
