This is a collection of poems told from fictional view points. They are not about me.

He told me that life was
complicated, speaking
of differences between
generations, siblings...
To each a unique scene.

He told me that life was
uncertain, each of us
precariously wedged
between safety and loss,
despite oaths we have pledged.

He told me that life was
messy as we struggle
to find the path that leads
to happiness, safety,
to love and other needs.

He told me that life was
beautiful, chaotic,
and full of potential.
And I knew then that he
spoke truth existential.
