Come Dine With Me - Which Table Would You Choose?
Imagine a table spread with food --
The table of discrimination is dull and dreary...
Dull white potatoes,
Over cooked roast beef,
And vegetables, bland,
Their nutrients boiled out of them.
Lumpy gravy with bubbies of pasty white flour
clinging to the edge of the spoon.
Would you like to sit down to eat?
This is Sunday dinner - no change, no alteration.

Or would you move to the buffet
Where diversity is celebrated and embraced?
Rich, dynamic smells fragrance the air
Spices build dimension
New delights capture your attention
There are opportunities to surprise.
Tastes explode and unite
Laughter and joy percolate.
The synergy is contagious and gregarious.

It is your choice. Choose well.
