Thoughts for planning:

What are my daily goals?
1. No more than 1,850 calories.
2. 30 minutes exercise 5 days a week.
3. Keep weight loss journal.
4. Write my blog entries.
5. Record meals/exercise.
6. Check in WDC groups

What are my weekly goals?
1. Check goals progress.
2. Lose 1 pound.
3. Make list of goals for new week.
4. Write 1 Bible study.

✔️1. Complete Bible study for this week and start next weeks. Plan future topics.

✔️2. Get diet and exercise program started. Create discussion forum. Set reasonable goals. (in progress)

✔️3. Finish rising stars asignment

4. Do some laundry.

5. Do grocery shopping.

✔️6. Finish some craft projects that have been started.

✔️7. Get to my counseling appointment.
