Pink moon. We have all kind of moons.The Pink moon is the smallest moon of all. It is Pink. Earth only has one moon. The moon can be orange, silver, blue and wolf. A vampire moon. A hunters moon. A pink moon is a fairy's moon. This is what I think. Fairies are small. So, why not a small pink moon? Sounds cute to me. |
| I watched my soaps. I cleaned my bathrooms. I went to CVS to get my meds. I visited my son. He is still at Mom's. He goes back to Oregon Saturday. I bought home a December Angel music box.my mother bought me years ago. I do miss her. We live each day as it comes. At least the Stock Market had a good day. I guess I did as well. |
| Easter memories. When I was a little girl and Mom and I stayed with my grandparents when Dad was in the Air Force and was shipped overseas. I git 2 Easter baskets. That was nice. I got a little, green wheel barrow with a stuffed bunny and candy one year. My mother bought me a chocolate bunny every year for Easter until I got married. No more chocolate bunnies. Mom used to make ham dinners for Easter. I try to go to Church every Easter. Easter is about Jesus.  |
| I have my mother's China Hutch. I put her pink flower dishes in the cabinet. I also put a crystal pitcher, candy dish and cake platters in the Hutch. I put my blue and white Jane Austen tea pot and pitcher in the Hutch along with a Peter Cottontail plate. I have Teddy Bear plates I may add to the Hutch. I guess I may change it a hundred times. I do love my mother's China Hutch. It is special to me. |
| Prompt: What is the most important reason for having a pet? What kind of people shouldn't have pets? You have a pet because you love them and they need a home. You want to help animals. Cats and dogs depend on us. So do horses. Cows and pigs and little hamsters and guinea pigs need love and someone to care for them. I wish everyone loved animals. Animals abusers don't deserve pets. If you don't love an animal, leave them alone and don't adopt them. Let someone who loves animals, be a pet parent. I want to slap animal abusers and starve them. It's what they deserve.  |
| I rearranged my China Cabinet. I will probably rearranged it several times . I watched CSI: Miami all day. I do love that show. I don't really like police shows. No rain expected . We may get snow Monday. Doesn't April know it is spring? I live each day as it comes. I guess it is all we can do. |
| It rained today. Just a gentle rain. Going to rain this weekend. My cousin dropped by and bought me McDonald's chicken nuggets and a strawberry banana smoothie. My husband and his brother bought over the China Hutch from Mom's. I put the pink flower China in it. My cousin will be over tomorrow to help me organize it. This weekend, I will go through more of Mom's stuff. It isn't easy but having Mom's items helps me. Hoping for a good weekend.  |
| My cousin, son and his wife and myself have been cleaning out my mother's house. My mother saved newspapers from The Washington DC papers. We lived by Washington DC when President Kennedy was shot. It was heart breaking reading the article of JFKs death and Jon Jon saluting the casket. I saw JFK when I was eight years old and I liked him. I am saving these articles and scrapbooking them. I also bought home dolls and jewelry I had as a kid. My husband bought hom a brown wooden table that I put my father's flag, medals and replica of the C130 he flew. Mom and Dad's grave stone arrived earlier this week and it is beautiful. It has been nice having my son and his wife here. It has been rough with Mom dying. I pray to God and cherish the memories. |
| Val Kilmer. He died and it is sad. He was a wise butt in Top Gun. He was arrogant. You enjoyed his character. I loved him in Maverick and The Jim Morrison Story . I liked the Doors. I didn't care for him as Batman. My favorites are Adam West, Christian Bale and Robert Pattinson. Val Kilmer was handsome. I liked him in Willow. I think Top Gun was his signature movie. This is how I will remember him best. Rest in peace, Val. |
