A Heart's Fantasy

Once apon a day he came my way, say can you stay a while to play.
He said he had other obligations at the time, but if I wanted to wait on him that would be fine.
In his voice and eyes I found no mistakes, so then and there I decided to wait.
7 days has gone by 6 nights I layed cold, with out a word or whisper from his sweet soul.
Then out of the blue he appeared, and I knew my wait was not in vain, like spring rain indeed he came.
His eyes shining bright just like the first day we meet. His smile so sweet and inviting I had no regrets.
He took me in his arms and I felt our souls join hands. They took one look at each other, and begain to understand.
Though the wait was long, though distance was our heart. Time knew along our souls were destine from the start.
