hope she throws up

You lay in her stomach for a while, looking around at the half digested food surrounding you and hoping your fate doesn't follow suite. From the outside, Julie belches again and pats her stomach. "Mmm delicious. Well seeya john, I've got a party to attend to." She happily walks out of the kitchen, whilst you devise a plan. You figure if she feels the need to throw up, then you'll likely be expelled out of her along with her stomach's contents. With that in mind you think of two ways of doing it: You can either try to climb your way up her throat to make her choke and throw up, or you can cause a big stir in her stomach. Which do you choose?
