Try to climb out of her stomach and up the throat

You think of a (seemingly) great idea: why not just climb right out of Julie's stomach? Better than sitting around listening to her burp, not to mention while digesting food that is a reflection of your own fate if you stay. You have a little difficulty scaling the stomach wall near the opening to the throat but eventually you get it, and the next time she burps, you rocket up on through, and begin scaling the surprisingly long vertical tunnel.

On the outside, Julie grabs another slice of pizza and begins to messily scarf it down.

"Hey," Carly begins, "Don't you think you've had enough?" She asks playfully.

"Nope." Julie says while chewing, smiling back at Carly. GULP! Julie swallows that mouthful of pizza. Inside her throat, you are thwarted in your efforts by the preteen girl's massive appetite, as the pizza slop covers you and pushes you back down into her stomach.

Julie's stomach bulged out from under her shirt, and she placed her hand over it, feeling it growl amd gurgle on the inside. BBBBUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRPPPP! She burped again, and ate the rest of the slice.
