You think about visiting your grandma for a few weeks.
You know she'd love to have you visit - and you know she's a great cook. Your grandpa, before his tragic death in an accident, was a big jolly fat guy, and you know that your mother doesn't want your dad to visit her too often - even though he is her son - for fear that her cooking will make your dad inflate like his brothers, both of whom are even fatter than Greg - they must weigh nearly 300 pounds! You know your mother watches your dad's diet very carefully to "keep him slim" and you suspect she does this to you too. Your mother won't say no to you visiting grandma, though - all the women in grandma's family are thin, and your mother usually says yes to you about things anyway.
But how to arrange this trip? Your mum and dad would probably drive you up, or grandma might buy you train tickets, or you might go by yourself on the bus. And should you call grandma first, or just go?
