These maidbots were formerly organic and were controversial throughout the Galaxy. The only reason why not many action were made was due to how the maidbots found ways to legally do it or delay any regulations on the matter. Victims were often unruly visitors that either committed a crime intentionally in the maidbot space, slaves that were sold to them, or death row inmates. No matter what the victim's gender, race, or looks, they would all be converted into a maid bot.
The odder case was that there are some converts that were volunteers that wanted jobs, immortality of sorts, health reasons, runaways, or etc. Volunteers, along with slaves, are often treated for favorably due to their commitment or lack of control of the situation. Unlike criminals who were considered as a lower class of maid bots due to their past crimes or acts. The biggest rule is that maidbots do not convert just anyone without a good reason.
Unlike most maid bots, converts retained some human organs, especially the brain and any organ that supports it. Though experiments and trials were made to reduce the amount of organic parts needed for the conversion. The remaining organic bits are often cared for to preserve the life of the converted maid bots. Their appearance are always a more appealing and female version of their past look, from the face to any body shape.
After the conversion process, the converts are to be trained to get used to their new bodies, technological function, and duties. Main focus is to train the recruits mentally and physically as their new form is a new experience for them all.
