A human visitor

Despite the cold relations between the two empires, the people of Earth and Modu-1 still travel between the two planets. There's still discrimination and visitors are carefully monitored by the government, but that hasn't stopped the private sector of Modu-1 from investing in a tourism industry for humans and establishing ties to UNH businesses. Plus, despite what the politicians will say, it's still more beneficial for both governments to maintain some ties with each other.

One human from Earth has chosen to visit Modu-1, and their reason for visiting is...
