Okay, do you want to continue a story inspired by the original 'My Brother, the Genius" story-line in which the brother, in this case Mike, approaches his sister and she consents, at least reluctantly to being transformed into a cow/cow creature.
Of course there are many paths to take, in the original story Jamie, TSD's sister, ended up trapped in cow form after being mated with a cow, causing the nanites to malfunction, but maybe something else causes them to malfunction, maybe Mike suffered an accident and is unable to transform her back for whatever reason, maybe she does transform back to human, but for some reason she doesn't stay that way.
Or maybe Mike's a darker character, maybe he's more Amoral, if that is the case, maybe he doesn't ask for Nancy's consent. There are a lot of Options for My Brother, the Evil Genius, and not a lot of them see the victims changing back.
