This choice: Continue based on the original story • Go Back...Chapter #5Continue based on the original story by: Writer53   Nancy Johnson was sat at a table sighing as she looked at a piece of paper. She was an attractive girl, an hourglass figure with big D-Cup breasts, blue eyes and dark brown hair going down to her middle back.
"What's going on?" Turning, Nancy saw Mike, her younger brother, a 14 year old boy with messy brown hair.
"We're screwed is what's going on, as you well know." Nancy said. "Since old Bessie died our milk production's too low, with dad dead any investors think they can walk all over me and mom."
"Still the same issue?" Mike asked.
"We can't get investors without a boost in production." Nancy muttered. "We can't boost production without a new cow, we can't get a new cow without an inventor."
"Catch 22." Mike muttered, before looking conflicted. "What if we could get a cow?"
"We can't, the farm's in the red, the grants you get are contractually obligated to be spent on your science, the rest is tied up in trusts we can't touch till you're 18." Nancy said.
"Follow me." Mike said, leading his sister to a room full of scientific equipment. Mike was a genius, real prodigy stuff; he would probably end up among the likes of Newton, Einstein, Stephen Hawking etc.
"What's your science got to do with anything?" Nancy asked.
"I've been working on nanotech." Mike said, pulling up a video of a rat transforming into a cat. "My nanites can rewrite DNA and transform the host into the New species.It can even change the body mass by converting matter from the air."
"Okay." Nancy said. "What is this to do with... Wait you can turn a mouse into a cow."
"Well no, there are limits to the bulk change, We only have one klind of animal that as a large enough bodymass to support the transformation into a Cow." Mike said evasivley.
Nancy frowned, they were exclusively a dairy farm, they had a few cats and dogs but otherwise the only animal she could think of was... "ME?" She exclaimed.
"A human yes." Mike said. "And yes, the only candidate is you. We can use the nanites to transform you, you can spend a week or so boosting our production to account for the loss of Bessie so we can get investors, then I turn you back and the farm is safe."
"Why me?" Nancy asked.
"I don't want to bring in outsiders on this, and Mom needs to work with the investors, so it can't be her." Mike replied.
"What about you?" Nancy asked. "If these nanintes can turn you from human to cow, then they can make you a woman!"
"The nanites work but the UI isn't in any way user friendly." Mike said. "Right now, I'm the only one who can operate them."
"Why don't you want to tell anyone else?" Nancy asked.
"Nancy, if I had looser moral, I could just lace the nanites in your food." Mike said. "Hell, I could just lure in some traveller, or something and turn her into your cow."
"What?" Nancy asked.
"I'm not gonna do it." Mike said, "But these nanites are dangerous, if someone learned about them they could end up in the hands of someone who would do exactly that sort of thing, and they're unlikely to turn their victims back."
"Oh." Nancy muttered.
"Look. It's not forever and it'll save the farm." Mike said. "If you're not interested then I'll drop it right now and we'll never bring it up again."
Nancy frowned thoughtfully 'I'm gonna regret this?' She thought before sighing. "I'm in."
Make smiled gratefully. "Great. Thank you."
"So I'm gonna be a cow for a week?" Nancy asked.
"Possibly." Mike said.
"Possibly?" Nancy asked. Mike turned and grabbed three bottles, one with a blue top, one with a red top and one with a green top.
"I knew when I was programming the nanites I knew what I was asking of you." Mike said. "So I came up with two other options. The blue top will transform you fully into a cow. Red top I'm calling it anthro. If you don't know what it is, you'll be a bipedal mix of cow and woman. Green Top is the 'Taur' option. It will transform you into a cow taur."
"Cow taur?" Nancy asked.
"Your legs will be replaced with the body of a cow, your upper body should be mostly unchanged." Mike explained.
"Should be mostly?" Nancy asked.
"The Red and Green Top are experimental, I cannot be sure how exactly it will work. the green should leave you looking human from the waist up, but at minimum you will experience growth of your... well, since the nanites will be making your udder produce milk, your... human mammaries will also produce milk."
Nancy felt her stomach drop slightly at the mention of her udder, she had experience with udder and she'd soon have one of her own.
"I have a few advantages and prices for each options." Mike says. "With Blue Top you'll be all cow so we can pretend that you are a cow I've managed to borrow and that 'Nancy' is away at some seminar. By contrast, if you go Red or Green then anyone who comes around is going to know who you are, and that you are something others might view as a freak."
"Blue and Green will require you to sleep in the Barns, Red will allow you to sleep in your room if you want to. I don't know if you'll still retain your hands with Red Top and you'll definitely not have hands but Green Top would allow you to continue helping out with the chores. Ultimately Red and Green will allow you to retain a semblance of humanity. What do you chose?"
Nancy frowned before grabbing the bottle with the...  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
