1. Someone manages to get one of the myriad of reality warping devices that exist in the marvel universe and uses it is retroactively make every one a big baby girl. The nuts and bolts of the world is ignored for stories like how spidy swings through new York while Jamie Joan Jamieson throws a tantrum about how spidy is a bad girl who needs a spanking.
2. Wanda Maximoff, in the wake of endgame, decides to recreate the last time she was truely happy. The only memories untainted by grief are her days as an infant. She uses the hex to turn Westview into an infantile town, where everyone is a big baby girl (Agatha isn't spared this fate). Unlike the canon version no one questions it because, as babys, they don't really understand what they should be questioning, and only newly converted babies realize something is wrong and they don't have enough time to question it before they get distracted by there babyish urges and forget the question. And worst, the hex is spreading until it engulfs the entire universe. Tell the tale of a Westview inhabitant, or a person trying to keep there maturity or havebeen just converted (like the first SWORD team to be converted as they fell down went boom before they lost there object permanence and started to play a rousing game of peak a boo.)
