How about we do a what if? There are many universes we can explore in the multiverse. For example

What if Wanda accidentally turned Black Widow into a big baby? Wanda would then have to find the right spell to change her back before she would have to change so many diapers.

What if Maria Hill entered anew world where everyone thinks she is a big baby and started treating her like on. She then have to find a way back to her world before she her bedtime.

What if MJ from homecoming is a closet adult baby and plays in her room, enjoying her diapers when she found the reality stone hidden under her bed.

What if Wanda Agatha won the battle against Wanda, and used her magic to make Wanda her new baby and they live in Westview forever.
