Thanks to your recent unconsummated marriage and almost immediate widowhood, you are now a woman of wealth and power. Enough wealth and power that you are safely removed from the machinations of your father and the regional military governor who conspired to marry you off against your will in the first place.

The same military governor, along with your father, now send you letters making new demands. You ignore their demands with gleeful impunity.

You converted part of the grounds of the villa you inherited to facilities to continue your training as a warrior. With the finest instructors in Rome for hire, you have become more skilled as a warrior than you could ever hoped to be back home.

But training to be an adventurer is not enough. You want to live a life of adventure.

So today you will begin a life of adventure by going to the
