Anthony sat in the back of his family's SUV next to his sister, focused on his handheld gaming unit. He'd been trying to beat this level since they left their old house, and after a while of failing, again and again, he was finally getting the upper hand. He had a look of determination on his face, as sweat started to form on his brow due to the intensity of his focus. When finally, he beat it! He put his game down and breathed out a sigh of relief. Now, there was nothing standing between him and beating the game. Or so he thought.
He felt the car slowing down, as looked up and out the window, finally noticing the scenery around him. They had been stuck on the freeway for such a long time that he thought that they were moving there instead of a house. "Woah that house is big," he thought to himself as he stared out the window. He observed a large amount of grass in the front yard and foresaw himself playing all sorts of games outside.
His observance was disturbed when his twin sister climbed over the top of him to get a better view of the house for herself.
"Alexis, get off me! I'm not part of the seated dummy!" Anthony said, pushing her away.
"I want to see the new house! Now scoot!" Alexis said, putting all her weight onto her brother.
Anthony sighed. His twin was as bossy as ever. He had been hoping that her attitude would've been left behind at the old house, but he was mistaken. She was the same old Alexis alright. He turned his attention back to his game, collecting the level rewards, and seeing what new quests awaited him.
He heard his dad call something out, but it didn't seem too important, so he just focused on his game. His dad then shut his door pretty hard, which caused Anthony to look up and over at his mom, who greeted him with a smile. Anthony was really close with his mom and could be seen as a bit of a momma's boy. To him, she was the most beautiful, most kind, smartest woman on the face of the earth. Nothing deters his love for his mother.
His older brother Joey then spoke up saying something about coffee and piss. Anthony heard Joey say that would a few other times before going to the bathroom, so he figured that his brother was talking about their dad drinking pee for some reason. Of course, this prompted an answer out of Alexis, which annoyed Anthony. She usually acted like she knew everything, and when she didn't, she pestered on about it. "Daddy's got pee in his coffee?", she asked.
"Haha, gross" Anthony laughed to himself.
"Nobody did that Alexis, it's just a figure of speech" Sarah, Anthony's older sister said. Anthony liked his older sister a lot. She reminded him a lot of their mom, both by how she looked and how she acted. She usually took his side when Alexis was being a brat, and usually took him to get fast food. She said that he was "chill" so he got to go with her when she drove, whatever that meant. He liked riding in the car with his sister because she would play music that had curse words in it, and would let him sit in the front seat. Except when Alexis came, then the music sucked and they both had to sit in the back.
Suddenly, the urge to pee hit Anthony like a ton of bricks. If he didn't speak on this urge, he'd surely wet his pants. He spoke loudly, "I need to pee, I've been holding it since we left!".
"Okay honey, we're here so you'll get the chance to in a little bit" his mom, Arianna, said with a smile.
This brought him some relief, as he crossed his legs to control his bladder. He tried to think of dry thoughts, which eventually led him to check out his game again, before hearing his parents begin to conversate in the front seats. "So up and at em! Go tell those gentlemen what to do with your stuff!" John said loudly, startling Anthony to the point where he almost dropped his game. His older siblings sighed and stepped out, while Alexis scrambled over the top of him to exit before he did. He crawled out and immediately saw a skinny worker carrying a box of his things.
He walked over to him and said, "Hi mister. I can show you where to put that. We gotta hurry though because I gotta pee". The young man laughed, "Sounds good little dude. Let's hurry on up then". Anthony smiled and ran towards the house, as the mover walked with purpose behind him.
Anthony then:
