Tommy thought for a minute, then he got an idea.

"Chuckie, if you don't want to wear your wet pants, why don't you just take them off?" Tommy asked Chuckie.

"But Tommy, I don't want to be half-nakie! It's just not natural!" Chuckie complained. Chuckie was very sensitive about his body.

"Come on, Chuckie, take em off!" Tommy told Chuckie.

"I... I... Oh, I don't know." Chuckie said, feeling very unsure.

"Just think about it, Chuckie. Do you really want to be stuck wearing wet pants for the rest of the day?" Tommy asked Chuckie.
