Chuckie thought about what Tommy said. He then remembered when Tommy, Phil, and Lil all took off their clothes to be naked like Spike. They were all happy and didn't judge each other. Chuckie decided he didn't want to wear wet pants, so he decided to take Tommy's advice and take them off.

"Okay, Tommy. I'll do it!" Chuckie told Tommy, and he proceeded to undress himself. First, he kicked off his shoes and socks, then he pulled down his wet pants and underwear and kicked them off. Chuckie was now naked from the waist down, but he was so happy to be out of his wet pants and underwear that he smiled and giggled. He didn't even care that Tommy was watching him undress the entire time.
