In a old toy store in a small town a man was busy looking for a toy for there kid.
Jim was a father of a small little girl who loved stuffed plush dolls and after her last toy was lost Jim had to get her a new one.
He looked around the old toy store and saw one toy that stood out to him.
It was placed in a glass box with a lock on it.
Jim saw it was small plush doll. it was pure white with a big bobble head. it had curly red hair in pigtails and had huge button eyes sewn into it's face. it had no noise and red circle's on it's cheeks. It wore a yellow cute dress and blue bow. it also had stripped stockings and little tap shoes. it looked super cute but one thing that stood out to him was how the doll had a mouth. not painted on but an open little mouth with a throat. Jim wondered if this cute little doll had a stomach too? could it eat? it was just a doll after all.
Jim asked the store owner if he could have this doll. the store owner looked worried and said "That doll has had a pretty bad past. the ones who gave it to me said it was possessed by an evil sprit after they performed a summoning ritual on it. Now it's alive. I've heard it giggling from time to time and other toys have been broken around here for no reason. I think it's evil and I keep it locked in there for my safety. you shouldn't buy this doll...."
Jim said "That is the dumbest thing I've ever head it's just a doll and a cute one at that. my little girl needs a new toy and this is the only good one you have. I'm buying it."
Th store owner seemned worried at first but then Jim payed him 50$ for the doll. he gave Jim the doll and took the money.
Jim then put the plush doll in his car and drove away with it. Jim said "Hmmm I think I'll call you buttons. that's a nice name. I'm sure you will make my kid very happy"
