You wake up, the sun pouring down onto you as you get pulled out of your mind. You were so unsure about what was happening, but you were waking up.
Your mind didn’t hurt, in fact it was the most peaceful wake up you think you have ever had. Whatever you were laying on, it was not your bed. It felt different, almost natural. The wind blowing you as that also didn’t make much sense. You were not the type to sleep with the window open.
Last but no doubt the most curious part, you were wet. Almost drenched in a way. So you were curious about this.
Waking up you look around, seeing the bright blue sky above you, with the big yellow sun as well. Not a cloud was in the sky, so it was perfect for a beach day.
Which funnily enough was where you were! You were at the beach, opening your eyes and looking around you could see you were laying on sand, with waves in front of you.
It stretched on for miles, like every shore of the ocean. Something about it was interesting though, it seemed bigger.
Well it seemed bigger, cause it was bigger. Once you turned around, you truly understood that. Your mouth left agape at what you saw.
Inland, there was a paradise. One that was massive and gigantic! With tree houses, a giant hill behind it, a small pond as well. It was on the edge of the sand, and seemed so far away for you. Still that didn’t change the fact that you could see it.
You were so small, getting up you dust yourself off as you look ahead. It was hard making a call, but you would only be two inches tall in this paradise.
Where were you? And why did you just randomly wake up in. The water was barely getting you, so it was almost like you were washed up onto the shore.
You look at it for a little while, figuring you should make your way in. It was clear people have been here, you just needed to find them. Given your size it was going to be difficult, but you can hopefully do it. Taking a couple of steps forward, you notice a sort of step down.
Which is because you stepped in a footstep, a massive footstep! In the sand and it was for you to see. To think it was this big.
Well it was wet sand, so the foot print was bigger than normal, but that doesn’t change the fact that you just got an objective.
Taking a couple of steps back, you follow it seeing a trail of them go through the beach. Around a corner to a wooden building as this was your goal. Run and chase it down.
With a move and a spin you chase the path. Running alongside of it as you get going. It took you a couple of seconds to run pass a single footstep into the sand, so you imagine how slow this would be.
Still, you were determined and with your early run you got around the corner. Above you was a bridge to an island by itself out in the water. A smile on your face, you get going and proceed to follow the trail even more.
You didn’t see anything around the corner, so you were expecting to see a trail of even more footsteps into the sand.
What you saw was a boot though! Seems like as you went around the corner, so did someone else. Most likely the person you were chasing, and they were about to step on you.
You can see the person lift up their footwear as you gave out a scream. A frightened “Ahhhhh!!!” As you were in panic. Especially when the giant brought their shoe down.
Instincts kicked in as you leaped out of the way. As far as your jump could take you, and honestly probably even further due to the fear. You land and roll around before breathing seeing the giant shoe stomp down onto you. That would of been bad.
Sure the sand was soft, but that step could of just ended your lift right there. With a move and a sigh of relief, you were about to look up when suddenly you heard a voice.
“I almost stepped on something, what is that?” It sounded like a young cute girl, so that was good. You wanted to get a look, only to see fingers come for you! You get picked up, feeling them come and assault you as you get lifted right up.
You get pulled from the sand and brought up like a helicopter straight into the air. Not that you could see anything though, as this girl’s massive fingers were covering your eyes.
When it pulled right up, the fingers open and the girl was able to see what she was holding.
“A... small boy? I almost stepped on you!” She said getting over the shock almost instantly. “I’m so sorry.”
Now you were finally able to see the girl. She was bigger than you thought she would be. You weren’t sure what you were imagining, but it was something else to see. Looking over her, she had a cute face with red hair. A really cute face, as you were a little bit love struck looking at the girl in front of you.
Still she asked you a questioned, and it would be a bit weird if you did not reply. “I’Im fine, you almost stepped on me. You didn’t actually.æ
“I know but I could of.” She said showing she was such a sweet girl. Makes her even cuter, and makes you fall for her even more. “My name is Kairi, sorry again. I just didn’t expect a small man where I was stepping.”
“I-It’s fine. My name is (Your Name.)” You say to her as she flashed a beautiful smile. One that melted your heart.
