Jupiter is the biggest planet in the known solar system and also holds the record as the planet with the most moons at a whopping record of 63 confirmed moons. However, scientists believe that there are still some moons that have yet to be discovered. This might very well be the case, because a new moon was recently discovered orbiting around Jupiter but this moon was unusual looking in that it looked like it actually had plants and life on it. That was where you come in. You were an astronaut dispatched to look into this new and currently unnamed moon. As you sit in the cockpit of your rocket, you see the moon up ahead surrounded by several clouds that almost looked like smoky quartz. “Give me a break,” you say. “There is absolutely no way there’s life on this moon. Heck, it’s a moon for crying out loud. Moons can’t support life. Those big wigs must’ve just seen the clouds and thought they were trees.
But as you get closer and closer to the 64th moon, you see strange trees with multi-colored striped trunks and star shaped leaves as well as pink and yellow covered dirt that almost looked like those on Earth. “What!?” you yell. You land your spaceship on the ground and you see that the trees are thousands of feet tall and in the distance there even seems to be a lake. You’re dumbfounded and absentmindedly take off your helmet as you look out. “No way,” you say. “This can’t be a moon. More than likely it’s an unknown dwarf planet. Leave it to a witless bureaucracy to deem anything smaller than a planet a moon.” It was there that you realized that you took your helmet off and then you gag.
“Oh no!” you yell. “Oh no!” After coughing a few times however, to your surprise, you don’t feel any different and you simply blink. “The air’s not toxic?” you ask. “I can’t believe it. You inhale and exhale a few times before you go on your merry way through the planet. It looks like some sort of jungle, yet you see no forms of life. “Maybe this is one of those planets that only have plants.” Suddenly you hear a yelling sound and a crashing sound. You hear several curses and then run back and see that your spaceship has been heavily damaged and you gasp. “Oh my gosh!” Upon further inspection, you see that the spaceship was left in an enormous crater that almost looked like the footprint of a large feline. You give a gulp. “On second thought...”
Before you complete your sentence, you hear a stomping sound and you feel someone or something staring down at you. You then look up to see that looking down on you was a bright reddish brass-furred anthropomorphic lioness with bright blonde hair with red highlights in it and glowing golden eyes. The lion giantess was exactly 800ft tall and was rather obese looking, especially in her belly and rump. She was also wearing a bright greenish bronze spandex leotard along with a crown of some kind and earrings shaped like alien skulls. There was a large sword in her belt and she was holding her foot in pain. You stare in fear as the lioness growls and glares down at you.
“So,” says the lioness in a surprisingly light-sounding voice. “You are the invader that my people told me about.”
You panic and shake your hands. “Wait, wait, Ms. Lion, please! I’m not an invader! I was just sent to investigate this moon.”
The lioness roars angrily. “How dare you call our planet a moon! I’ll have you know that this is a planet ruled over by amazon lionesses, and I happen to be their queen. We’ve been watching your planet from a distance and we don’t like what we see. Clearly your species are psychotic apes that were looking for a new planet to wreak havoc on. You were an advanced scout and the injuries your vessel did to my foot prove you don’t come in peace.”
"Hey!” you yell. “You can’t blame me just because you were clumsy enough to step on my ship!” You cover your mouth and then you feel a stronger glare.
The queen lioness plucks you up and squeezes you as you gag. “In case you didn’t know,” she says. “On this planet, we females rule the roost. Perhaps once the invaders see their advanced scout reduced to a mere servant of the queen of this planet, they’ll think twice about invading.” Your captor smirks and you begin to sweat heavily. This was not the best situation you were ever in and it looked like there was no way out.
