The Amazonian Dimension is a world filled with tall warrior women that have had no interactions with the opposite sex for hundreds of years. They are only able to reproduce with another woman that having their monthly "she-male" syndrome, where they grow their own dick for a period of a week, but can only give birth to another female. The amazons are stronger, faster, and more durable than anyone from Earth, while their tall statures (between 6 to 9 feet tall) allow to cover ground quickly, making it difficult to outrun them. They can survive harsher weather and more extreme temperatures, but the prairies where they are moderate. While they are physically superior, they do not have the superior technology or knowledge from Mark's originally world, so he can outsmart them.

The Amazonian World is mostly grasslands and prairies with roaming tribes of amazons. Mark is found by one of these roaming tribes and he's taken as a hostage since they never seen a male before.
