Elizabeth quickly came to the conclusion that Liz need to be punished for her transgressions. Liz herself wasn't a bad person; personality-wise, she was actually fairly easy-going and friendly, aside from her occasional spunky tomboy outbursts. Therefore, it was perhaps better to say that Liz's body was in need of punishment. An anguish experienced by her busty coworker would have been an unfortunate consequence.
Seeing as the body was her true target of retribution, this left Elizabeth with a few avenues for transformative revenge. The first that came to mind was to swap her attributes with one of the male employees at Wilkos. Nobody would be staring at her chest if they were too distracted by her manly physique or her facial hair.
The second avenue of punishment that she came up with was a fairly typical weight gain. One of the most striking things about Liz's chest, aside from their purely massive size, was how large they were in comparison to the rest of her. Ignoring her breasts, Liz was otherwise an extremely twiggy woman. Any fat she did gain seemed to add directly to her burgeoning bosom. Perhaps they would have been a lot less impressive if accompanied by a jiggle gut and thunder thighs.
The final option that Elizabeth considered was something far more extreme than either of those. The first two revolved around making poor Liz's body worse than it already was. The final one was to transform her utterly into something inanimate. Remove not just the beauty of her body, but the body itself. To make her into nothing more than a simple object.
Being the goddess that she was, it didn't take her more than a second to actually decide on...
