Once there you come across Captain Crossblade and his crew. The only reason you were able to recognize them however was because they were the one's who captured you in the first place. This still didn't change much of your plans with rescuing your kin. Of course you were more eager for blood for this crew as you knew how cruel these pirate's can be.
" Looks like we got some pirates on guard here." Gareth said.
" Still doesn't change what we have to do? So are we going to rush them or what?" Naphtali asked.
" No, we don't rush and these pirates don't look too smart to me, so I'll handle this with a little bit of magic." Esmeralda replied to the two Royal Guards. After saying that she began to silently as possible cast a sleep spell that would put all the pirates guarding the door asleep. Once the incantation was finished she threw the energy of the spell towards the area of the pirates and by some form of luck they all fell asleep.
'" That's one fight we don't have to fight now, just make sure not to wake them when you take the key's from them." Esmeralda told the group. Bartus, Naphtali, and Gareth then all went and carefully searched the sleeping pirates for the keys. Fortunately Gareth managed to find them on one of the guards sleeping at the entrance. Once inside you only thought of getting your vengeance but so far Esmeralda had taken the lead you could tell that Bartus was quietly judging her from the way he looked at her. Even you were judging her a bit, still you decided to test her a bit and pretend to be blinded by your own rage.
" Once the mermaids and mermen are safe will begin attacking, it will be Erin and Percy's job to make sure they get out of here safely." Esmeralda said.
" You mean I will be helping as well, but why not fight with you?" Erin asked.
" I agree with Erin we should be just attacking right now not all this stuff." You responded testing Esmeralda's wisdom to see how much she has really thought through.
" If we fight now Erin they could use the other Mermaids and Mermen as a hostage and hinder are progress at stopping this operation as a whole! Also I doubt your people would trust us that much after being held captive by these others. Otherwise you would be with Alyssa at the tournament. " Esmeralda explained to them You and Erin both nodded and had seem to understand Esmeralda's reasoning. The mermen and Mermaids were first priority taking down the guild and gathering up all the contraband was second. At least that's what it was to the human's your Second priority after your people were safe is to have Erin calm your mother down. This was especially important as you didn't want her to drown a whole bunch of innocent humans.
